Printing Information

Screen Printing works best with larger orders (minimum of 25) because setup takes much longer but once complete the printing process goes much faster. Generally all apparel orders over 50 items will be screen printed because of this. Screen printing also allows for fine detail in the design and endless color options that will last the entire life of the garment.

Vinyl printing is perfect for small runs (1-50 items) because they are quick & easy to set up. Vinyl is durable and last for years under normal use if you follow the care instructions we provide. Vinyl works best with simple designs that won’t require a lot of fine detail. It is perfect for team jersey numbers and names, company shirts, bags, hats, decals, stickers, and banners.

Embroidery is a method used for decorating fabrics with needle and thread. Embroidery is great on personalized projects, hats, polo shirts and much more.

Artwork Information

Vector (.svg) files are always the easiest to work with and require little to no alteration for printing.  If you have a vector file available for your print, please include it with your order.  If a .svg file is not available please provide one of the follow formats:

  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
  • Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
  • Encapsulated Postscript Vector (.eps)
  • PNG Image (.png)
  • JPEG Image (.jpeg)
  • Bitmap (.bmp)

We have a dedicated staff available to help you through the entire design process.  Give us a call or email us and we can assist you with everything from product selection, design creation, color choice, layout options, and material selection.  If you need help with creating a design from scratch, we even have a graphic designer that can help make your ideas a reality.  There is an extra fee for the service but it is well worth the cost.  Contact us for more information.

Logo designs vary greatly, as do printing surfaces and material types. Our staff will review your submitted artwork and let you know if changes need to be made to get the best look possible.

Orders & Pricing

On vinyl orders there is no minimum.  Screen printed and embroidered items usually have a 25 piece minimum. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific order.

Price is determined by these main factors:

  1. The type of print you would like to do: vinyl, screen printing, embroidery
  2. The product you desire
  3. The total number of ink color required for printing
  4. Total quality of items
  5. Design, setup, and artwork fees, if applicable
